Note from the author: Although object-centric process mining was introduced by Wil M.P. van der Aalst 2019 and as a product feature term by Celonis in 2022 and is used extensively in marketing, this concept is far from new in its implementation. Nevertheless, process mining can be considered a sub-discipline of business intelligence.
