The benchmark used is the RoBERTa-Base, a popular model used in natural language processing (NLP) applications, that uses the transformer architecture. For LOB building, FPGAs seem to be used more commonly than GPUs because of the fixed nature of the workload; see examples from Xilinx and Algo-Logic.
